Upgrade an eligible Biz Spark Studio digital product for approved commercial or client use.

This license is for customers who purchase an eligible editable template, digital resource, or design asset and want to use it to create completed work for paying clients.

Commercial License Allows:

• Customize an eligible digital product for client projects
• Use the customized design within completed client deliverables
• Use eligible assets for approved commercial business purposes
• Create finished designs for paying clients

Commercial License Does NOT Allow:

• Reselling the original template or editable file
• Redistributing or sharing purchased files
• Selling Biz Spark Studio templates as your own
• Uploading original files to marketplaces, memberships, or template libraries
• Sublicensing or transferring the files to another person
• Claiming ownership or copyright of the original design

Important

A Standard License is already included with eligible digital products for personal use and use within your own business. You do not need this add-on to use a purchased template or resource for your own brand.

This Commercial License is only required when using an eligible digital product to create work for paying clients or other approved commercial applications.

One Commercial License applies to one eligible digital product. For multiple products, update the quantity at checkout.

The digital product must be purchased separately. This license does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original Biz Spark Studio design.
