Terms of service

Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. Refunds will only be issued at designers' discretion. By booking client has agreed to the NO REFUND policy.

In-House Payment Installments are Available for All Services Over $300, payments can only be spilt into two installments. Ask for more Installment information.

AfterPay Installments are accepted for orders over $50 with 4 interest free payments, please select this option at checkout.

Turnaround Time Varies on your selected service(s).

Order Turnaround Time does NOT include Weekends.

Business Hours: (MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-5PM)

Please be mindful of your turnaround time if you have an important deadline/event! Turnaround Time starts once the Signed Contract (New Clients) & All other Information is Submitted via Email. Once we have all Information your turnaround time begins the Next Business Day! 

Revisions & Shipping Has Separate Turnaround Times.

Biz Spark Studio will send contract via email 24-48 hours after booking your service.

Biz Spark Studio contract is not required for Returning Clients, has been previously approved.

After signed contract all the Required Information must be submitted via email. If contract and/or Information is not sent within 48 hours; the order will be automatically canceled with no Option of Refund. If you need more time to gather your information, please contact us to let us know and an additional 24 hours can be added to the Onboarding Time.

All information MUST be provided for resourcing information for your future project/design. 

We appreciate our clients to be very attentive during the design process. Please understand that after you receive your designs, or after you place your order, you need to respond/or send your information in a timely manner. If you take more than 3 business days to respond to emails, you will be placed at the end our list and your revisions/final copies will be sent accordingly.

If you DO NOT respond within 3 Business days, you will be sent a $35 Restart Fee. This is because we value your time, and we would appreciate if we got the same in return. We work with many clients, so if you do not respond in a timely manner this sets us back and makes us have to put off work for other clients. 

Biz Spark Studio stands by a "No Disturb" policy. During the design process it is important for the client to understand that the designer works best in a non-disturbance atmosphere. You will receive your Draft within the business days in which your order is due. This eliminates slowing down on orders and allows us to meet all turnaround times. (4) Revisions are available for each order; revisions take up to 1-2 business days (Weekends/Holidays not included). After draft is sent between the 48-hour window the revision option will be available!

No Response after 48 hours window order will be automatically FINAL.

The client understands that once he/she has received their final copies for their design; they are not to ask for any additional changes. If so, the client will be charged for the price of a new design.
