6. Design Process Begins: After finalizing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email and customization form— required and must be filled out. This will help us with your designing process. 
   * You will receive a rough draft/mockup; you will be confirming before your order ships. 
7. Tracking & Delivery: Your completed files or physical items will be delivered within the specified timeline. Please, check your tracking number provided.
